Analytical interest of OA determination in human serum has increased owing to the increasing interest in pharmaceutical research by pharmaceutical properties. A simple, specific, precise and accurate GC method with flame ionization detector (FID) developed and validated for the determination of oleanolic acid (OA) in human serum (HS). To an aliquot of HS, internal standard was added and a combination of liquid–liquid extraction with a mixture of diethyl ether‐isopropyl alcohol, filtration and consecutive GC resulted in separation and quantification of OA. The organic phase was analyzed using a GC system equipped with a 30 × 0.25 mm i.d. Rtx‐65TG capillary column and FID detection. Total chromatographic time was 10 min and no interfering peaks from endogenous components in blank serum were observed. The OA/internal standard peak area ratio was linearly fitted to the OA concentration (r = 0.992) over the range 10–1500 ng/mL. The mean serum extraction recovery of OA was 96.7 ± 1.0% and the lower limit of quantification based on 5 mL of serum was 10.7 ng/mL. The intra‐day coefficient of variation ranged from 1.3 to 3.6% and inter‐day varied from 1.4 to 4.5%. The developed method was used to study the pharmacokinetics of OA after oral administration in humans. Solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) of two selected muramyl pentapeptide derivatives is described. The simplicity of removing the protecting groups via one-step deprotection and cleavage from the resin is the biggest advantage of SPPS. Using this method, two muramyl pentapeptide derivatives, D-MurN3-L-Ala-D-iGlu-L-Lys-D-Ala-D-Ser (5) and D-MurN3-L-Ala-D-iGlu-L-Lys-D-Ala-D-Ala (6), were obtained. Their chemical structures were confirmed by high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. Pure, solvent‐free Zn(N3)2 was prepared by reaction of diethyl zinc and hydrazoic acid in aprotic solvents. The single‐crystal structure determination, along with the comprehensive characterization of α‐Zn(N3)2 and two metastable polymorphs, could be achieved for the first time. Since these data disagree in large parts with the known, previously reported values, all previous syntheses of Zn(N3)2, and for comparison Zn(N3)2?2.5 H2O and Zn(OH)N3 were reinvestigated, indicating that some of the earlier work has to be revised. 相似文献

The novel three-component Fe3O4/TiO2/Ag composite mircospheres were prepared via a facile chemical deposition route. The Fe3O4/TiO2 mircospheres were first prepared by the solvothermal method, and then Ag nanoparticles were anchored onto the out-layer of TiO2 by the tyrosine-reduced method. The as-prepared magnetic Fe3O4/TiO2/Ag composite mircospheres were applied as photocatalysis for the photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue. The results indicate that the photocatalytic activity of Fe3O4/TiO2/Ag composite microspheres is superior to that of Fe3O4/TiO2 due to the dual effects of the enhanced light absorption and reduction of photoelectron–hole pair recombination in TiO2 with the introduction of Ag NPs. Moreover, these magnetic Fe3O4/TiO2/Ag composite microspheres can be completely removed from the dispersion with the help of magnetic separation and reused with little or no loss of catalytic activity. 相似文献

This study describes the development of a simple, enzyme-free, label-free, sensitive, and selective system for detecting adenosine based on the use of Tween 20-stabilized gold nanoparticles (Tween 20-AuNPs) as an efficient fluorescence quencher for boron dipyrromethene-conjugated adenosine 5′-triphosphate (BODIPY-ATP) and as a recognition element for adenosine. BODIPY-ATP can interact with Tween 20-AuNPs through the coordination between the adenine group of BODIPY-ATP and Au atoms on the NP surface, thereby causing the fluorescence quenching of BODIPY-ATP through the nanometal surface energy transfer (NSET) effect. When adenosine attaches to the NP surface, the attached adenosine exhibits additional electrostatic attraction to BODIPY-ATP. As a result, the presence of adenosine enhances the efficiency of AuNPs in fluorescence quenching of BODIPY-ATP. The AuNP-induced fluorescence quenching of BODIPY-ATP progressively increased with an increase in the concentration of adenosine; the detection limit at a signal-to-noise ratio of 3 for adenosine was determined to be 60 nM. The selectivity of the proposed system was more than 1000-fold for adenosine over any adenosine analogs and other nucleotides. Octahedral iridium(III) complexes containing two bidentate cyclometalating 5‐tert‐butyl‐2‐phenylbenzoxazole ( IrO ) or 5‐tert‐butyl‐2‐phenylbenzothiazole ( IrS ) ligands in addition to two labile acetonitrile ligands are demonstrated to constitute a highly versatile class of asymmetric Lewis acid catalysts. These complexes feature the metal center as the exclusive source of chirality and serve as effective asymmetric catalysts (0.5–5.0 mol % catalyst loading) for a variety of reactions with α,β‐unsaturated carbonyl compounds, namely Friedel–Crafts alkylations (94–99 % ee), Michael additions with CH‐acidic compounds (81–97 % ee), and a variety of cycloadditions (92–99 % ee with high d.r.). Mechanistic investigations and crystal structures of an iridium‐coordinated substrates and iridium‐coordinated products are consistent with a mechanistic picture in which the α,β‐unsaturated carbonyl compounds are activated by two‐point binding (bidentate coordination) to the chiral Lewis acid. 相似文献

运用分子动力学(MD)方法,选择凝聚态分子势能优化力场(COMPASS),对六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(ε-CL-20)、2,4,6-三硝基甲苯(TNT)晶体及其等摩尔比的CL-20/TNT混合炸药和共晶炸药进行不同温度下恒定粒子数等压等温(NPT)系综模拟研究.结果表明,CL-20/TNT共晶的内聚能密度(CED)和结合能随温度的升高逐渐减小;共晶的CED比混合炸药的大,结合能是混合炸药的2倍多,预示其稳定性明显增强.对相关函数和局部放大结构显示共晶中组分分子间作用主要来自TNT中H和CL-20中O以及CL-20中H和TNT中O之间形成的氢键.通过波动法求得的弹性力学性能结果表明,CL-20/TNT共晶的拉伸模量(E)、体积模量(K)和剪切模量(G)介于ε-CL-20和TNT晶体之间,且随温度的升高而下降,符合一般预期;但共晶炸药的柯西压(C12-C44,Cij弹性系数)、K/G和泊松比(ν)均比其组分炸药ε-CL-20和TNT高得多,预示该共晶具有异常高的延展性和弹性伸长,主要是二组分呈层状交替排列且之间存在较强相互作用所致. 相似文献

Electrically conductive polypropylene/graphite (PP/graphite) composites were prepared via blending granulated PP with maleic anhydride grafted PP and natural graphite. Electrical conductivity of prepared samples containing either 65, 70, or 75 wt% of graphite was measured and the most conductive sample containing 75 wt% of graphite was exposed to UV irradiation for 1 and 24 h or thermally treated at 170 °C for 1 h. The influence of thermal and UV exposure on the structural and electrical changes in such treated samples was studied. Local current measurements on the surface were made using scanning spreading resistance microscopy and morphology of the surface was studied by atomic force microscopy. X-ray diffraction analysis, infrared and Raman spectroscopy were also used for the structural characterization. Properties of treated and untreated samples are compared and differences are discussed. 相似文献
